Olde Althorne

Description

Olde Althorne is a red multi simulated handmade brick from Traditional Brick & Stone, supplied through European Building Materials. A orange base with brown and purple hues with scattered white wash throughout with a handmade texture.

Manufactured to a working size of 215mm x 102.5mm x 65mm, Olde Althorne suits both new-build and conservation-led projects where colour continuity and weathering character matter. Performance figures from the manufacturer’s datasheet record a minimum compressive strength of 30 N/mm², water absorption up to 13%, frost resistance classified as F2, active soluble salts category S2, and dimensional tolerance category T2 R1.
