A/ INCEPTION

  1. Phone call, enquiry email, website form, existing relationship or introduction via network.

  2. Deep dive into project info -budget, typology, format, size, colour, timeline and site constraints.

  3. Initial product selection advice tailored to the project goals and technical requirements.

  4. Recommend suitable product/s and alternative options where appropriate.

  5. Detailed costings provided with optional value engineering for budget-sensitive projects.

  6. Early identification of any delivery or manufacturing risk.

B/ DESIGN

  1. Soffit, parapet, window shroud, reveals.

  2. Purpose moulded, cut and bonded fabrication, bespoke solutions.

  3. Guidance to support appropriate materials selection in the context of building regulations and project-specific targets.

  4. Helping clients select the best finishes and specifications.

  5. Collaborative meetings with client and design team, if required.

C/ BUILD

  1. Close collaboration with tenderers, contractors, architects and project managers.

  2. Continuous support in interpreting and executing design intent during construction.

  3. Handle scheduling, delivery windows, site access coordination with site managers and manufacturers.

  4. Immediate response to any site issues, modifications, snagging or concerns.
