Old Forge

Description

Old Forge sits in the Old series — Vandersanden’s collection of tumbled handform bricks designed to simulate reclaimed stock without the supply problems of genuine reclaim. Old Forge’s red multi body is built on Weichsel loam (an Ice Age silt-like fraction), and tumbling happens pre-firing to build the worn, weathered character into the body itself.

Dimensions are confirmed at 215×102.5x65mm, which is a clean match for UK traditional coursing. The reclaimed look makes it a natural fit for heritage and traditional residential projects, conservation-area work and period extensions.
