Mixed Buff Rustic

Description

Mixed Buff Rustic is produced at Ibstock’s Throckley kiln in Newcastle, part of the range of wirecut rustic bricks that plant specialises in. The colour is a mixed buff with tonal blending, warmer than the Northern Buff and more characterful than a uniform wirecut.

The rustic/light texture softens the face enough to read as a character brick on rural and heritage-contemporary schemes, while the extruded body keeps dimensional consistency predictable for larger runs. It’s one of several Throckley rustics specified consistently on rural and commercial schemes where character is wanted without heavy texture.
