Luna Eclipse

Description

Luna Eclipse is the darkest point on the Luna palette — a near-black, deeply reduction-fired grey with a fine handmade texture. It draws on the Luna range’s standard production: a Hohenbusch/Loss clay body taken through smothering reduction, with the darkest tonal character at the end of that firing curve.

The sanded-coated grained surface gives each brick a softly tactile face, so even at the black end of the spectrum there’s real depth and variation across a course. It suits contemporary statement facades, dark cladding schemes and modern extensions looking for a genuine architectural black from the clay rather than a painted or coated finish.
