Dinian Blend

Description

Dinian Blend is one of the Leicester continental-style blends in Ibstock’s catalogue — a thrown/soft-mud stock made at the Ellistown kiln alongside the Albus/Niveus/Tenebris and related continental sandcreased range. The colour is a buff with blended tonal variation, softer and more European in feel than a classic English stock.

The soft-mud production gives each brick a slightly different face, which is why these blends have become popular on contemporary housing and mixed-use work looking for warmer pale brick without formality.
