Description

Cardinal is a rich red multi from the legacy BEA range, now produced under the Vandersanden Group — a fine-textured thrown/stock/soft-mud brick with coal sintering used to deepen the red tones. The sintering is what gives it its extra depth compared with a standard red soft-mud.

The fine texture on the face keeps it cleaner-looking than a heavier stock finish, and the coal-sintered red is genuinely architectural rather than rustic. It’s a good specification for traditional and contemporary residential schemes where a warm, deeper red is the brief.
