Description

Finnieston is in Ibstock’s urban/Scottish-urban wirecut group, attributed to either the Roughdales or Himley plant depending on production. It’s a grey/dark multi extruded wirecut with a contemporary face, named after the Glasgow riverside district where that palette has become shorthand for urban regeneration architecture.

The colour reads as a working greyscale — dark enough to feel urban, varied enough to avoid engineering-flat. Specified on contemporary residential, urban infill and commercial mixed-use, particularly in Scottish and Northern city contexts.
